📦 Return & Refund Conditions:

- Flowers are fragile, and quick feedback helps us act fast.
📸 2. Provide Photo Evidence:
- A clear photo of the bouquet (if damaged or incorrect) helps us assess and resolve the issue smoothly.
🌼 3. Perishable Products:
- Since flowers and cakes are perishable, we can only accept claims for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect bouquets
- Significant differences from what was ordered

- Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been prepared yet.
- Once the bouquet is in preparation or out for delivery, we cannot cancel it.
