📦 Return & Refund Conditions:

🕑 1. Time Frame for Claims:

  • Any issue must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.
  • Flowers are fragile, and quick feedback helps us act fast.

📸 2. Provide Photo Evidence:

  • A clear photo of the bouquet (if damaged or incorrect) helps us assess and resolve the issue smoothly.

🌼 3. Perishable Products:

  • Since flowers and cakes are perishable, we can only accept claims for:
    • Damaged items
    • Incorrect bouquets
    • Significant differences from what was ordered

❌ 4. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been prepared yet.
  • Once the bouquet is in preparation or out for delivery, we cannot cancel it.
