At Rosetna, every floral arrangement and gift is prepared with great care to deliver genuine emotions. We understand that plans may change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy within reasonable limits.

1. Cancelling Before Preparation

  • Orders may be cancelled within one hour of confirmation, provided that preparation has not yet started.
  • A full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

2. Cancelling After Preparation Begins

  • Once preparation has started, cancellations are not possible due to the nature of our products (fresh flowers and customized gifts).
  • In case of emergencies, please contact us and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

3. Cancellation Due to Payment or Delivery Issues

  • If a duplicate payment occurs, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
  • If delivery fails due to inaccurate information, we will contact the customer to update the details or reschedule delivery.

5. Exceptions

  • Customized products with names or personal messages cannot be cancelled once design work has begun.
