At Rosetna, every floral arrangement and gift is prepared with great care to deliver genuine emotions. We understand that plans may change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy within reasonable limits.
1. Cancelling Before Preparation
- Orders may be cancelled within one hour of confirmation, provided that preparation has not yet started.
- A full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
2. Cancelling After Preparation Begins
- Once preparation has started, cancellations are not possible due to the nature of our products (fresh flowers and customized gifts).
- In case of emergencies, please contact us and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
3. Cancellation Due to Payment or Delivery Issues
- If a duplicate payment occurs, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
- If delivery fails due to inaccurate information, we will contact the customer to update the details or reschedule delivery.

5. Exceptions
- Orders placed during seasonal events (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) may not be eligible for cancellation after confirmation due to high demand.
- Customized products with names or personal messages cannot be cancelled once design work has begun.
